Architect Lisse - second time around
So I decided to advertise my services once again as a builder open to commissions. The in-world classifieds seem to be effective, I've sold about L$2500 worth of prefabs and got a L$5000 custom commission since buying my ad for L$250.

Here's what I'm building for Nando Pomeroy. He wanted a Santorini-styled house for the side of a steep cliff in Gourdneck. I like building in Gourdneck, it has a great topography for cliffbuilders like me. He asked for three rooms, access to the water and a large rooftop deck as high as possible. Later on, he decided to add a "secret room" for his poseballs as it's a PG sim (yeah, I know, there's no real privacy in SL but anyway). The gazebo on the top is designed to have a jacuzzi under it.



The two turrets contain spiral staircases that can be negociated with only a little difficulty. As you can see, there's a distinct lack of detailed texturing - a direct result of SL crashing every time I go to upload a texture, after the v1.7 update. I am eagerly awaiting the next patch, as I have some wonderful authentic window and wallpaper textures ready to go up. I've also not added any doors yet, as I'm waiting to talk to Nando about what type of doors he'd like.

Apart from that, it's pretty much done. 150 prims, which was my target. On 1536 m2, that leaves about another 200 for furnishings which is realistic.

So, anybody need an architect? :)
